Meet Vito, a little gentleman who is quickly learning the joys of a pampered life! This resilient black and tan chihuahua, born around April 2025 and weighing 9.5 pounds, has overcome a tough start.

Vito was part of a seizure of dogs from a resident unable to care for them. When he arrived, he was very timid and suffering from significant hair loss, a clear sign of his previous neglect. Despite these challenges, Vito’s spirit is strong. He arrived feral but has quickly discovered the joys of human companionship and affection. He absolutely adores treats and being spoiled with attention, soaking up every bit of love he can get.

Now thriving and on the mend, Vito is looking for a forever home where the pampering will continue! He promises to be a loyal and loving companion to a patient family who will continue to build his confidence and help him feel safe and cherished.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
