Meet Lilo! This sweet and resilient girl is a female Rat Terrier/Jack Russell mix, born around June 12, 2021, and weighing a petite 13.5 pounds.

Lilo's story is one of rescue and hope. A kind senior citizen saved her just in time from the euthanasia list at San Antonio Animal Care Service. Unable to keep Lilo herself, she brought her to us, determined that this loving dog deserved a second chance at life. We are so glad she did!

Lilo is a very friendly and affectionate companion who will quickly steal your heart. While she adores people, she can be a little temperamental and protective when meeting new dogs, so she needs a patient home that will provide slow, careful introductions. Once she knows another dog is a friend, her true sweet nature shines through.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
