Found wandering the streets of San Antonio and sadly never reclaimed, Otis has proven to be a true gem. He absolutely adores everyone he meets, human and animal alike. His playful spirit is infectious, and he happily romps around with other dogs and even gets along famously with cats.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
