Meet Macy, a resilient little lady with a heart full of love and a story of survival. Born around October 29, 2023, this sweet female Chihuahua weighs a petite 11.8 pounds and is ready to find her forever home.

Macy's life began on the streets, where she was a "breeding machine" struggling to care for her four puppies. Thankfully, a kind Samaritan rescued her and her little family, bringing them to safety. Now, her puppies are looking for homes, and it's Macy's turn to experience a life of comfort and care too.

Despite her difficult past, Macy adores people and thrives on human affection. She is a true sweetheart who just wants to cuddle and be close to her favorite humans. Due to her life on the streets, she is timid around larger dogs and would likely prefer a home as the only pet or with other small, gentle companions.

Macy is completely ready for adoption: she is spayed, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. She also has a ProHeart 12 injection providing a full year of protection from heartworms.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
