Meet Matilda!

Sweet Matilda is a darling Dachshund/Chihuahua mix who’s ready to find her forever family! She and her mom and three siblings were rescued by a kind Good Samaritan, and now this little girl is thriving in foster care.

Matilda was born around August 6, 2025, and weighs just 5.1 pounds—the perfect pocket-sized companion! She’s spayed, playful, and full of puppy joy. Matilda loves people, enjoys playing with her siblings, and can’t resist a good toy. When playtime is over, she’s happiest cuddled up in your lap for snuggles.

Matilda is currently in a foster home, where she’s learning all about good house manners and what it means to be part of a loving family. She’s a quick learner and eager to please!

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
