Shorty is a very striking boy that has started off his life badly. He was picked up as a year old puppy by ACS. He had a bad altercation with the catch pole, which contributed to his fear. We have been working with him for a year and he has shown dramatic signs of approval. He still takes a little time to get used to new people, but treats really help. He needs an adopter with plenty of patience and experience. He cannot go to a home with a small child. This is not the type of dog you take out on excursions. He needs to be a stay at home dog, but he will give his life for you. He is very loyal once he warms up to you.
Shorty was born around 11/2020, weighs 25 pounds and his adoption fee is $200. He is not eligible for transport out of Texas or the San Antonio area.
