Hi, I'm Xavier. I'm a collie herding all my foster sibs into the house, a basset hound barking with the neighbors, a kitty cat rubbing at your ankles, ... what's that, foster Mum? I'm mostly Maltese? Ok, that's good, too.
Xavier is a delightful Maltese mix who was found on a doorstep in San Antonio. His mats were cut off, his stomach infection treated, and his training started. He knows sit, stay, and lots of kitchen words like chicken, kibble, treat, etc. He is potty and crate trained. He has some separation anxiety and does not like walks yet, although he does zoomies in the yard. He still occasionally gets underfoot if the foster has been out of the house a few hours. He is learning to be gentle with her aging chihuahua, and plays with the small poodle. He has not been around cats or small children.
