Victor is one of Lilly Bandera's puppies.  They were confiscated during a seizure from a backyard breeder.  They were only a few days old when they got to our rescue.  They have been fostered by a family with small children, multiple dogs, cats and a pig.  They are very social puppies that will fit in any family.  All of these puppies are very confident and happy.    To adopt this pup you can fill out an application at www.adoggie4you.org
