Meet Popeye.   Popeye hails from the Spinach capital of the world, Crystal City, Texas.  Olive Popeye is a friendly pup that has bonded with what we think is his mom.  He does well without her, but tends to stay next to her to provide comfort.  He has the potential to be a great family pet.
