Meet Topaz. Topaz is a beautiful terrier with an even better personality. We got both Amber and Topaz from the Weslaco shelter where they were owner surrendered. Lucky for them Raquel Dee saw them and gave us a call. This beauty has service dog potential with her personality. Her striking eyes make her a showstopper.
