My name is Scotty and I was rescued from Converse Animal Control. I am a flashy boy with a great personality. I love every one, but I do have a small flaw. I have a cherry eye that comes and goes based on how excited I am. I still see great, but some people expect perfection. I see great. The doctors couldn't see my deformity the first two times I went in. When they saw it, they were reluctant to do surgery since it is not always visible. My foster mom says why mess with perfection.
