My name is Booger.  I used to have a daddy that was a special friend to A Doggie 4 You, but one day he sat down in his chair and we couldn't wake him up.  We kept trying for several days.  We were very hungry and scared.  It was really hot and we didn't know what to do.  Finally we heard people trying to break in.  We knew we had to protect daddy, so we wouldn't let them in.  We did our best, but these men in uniforms came in and put a tight noose around our necks and dragged us away.  We fought hard and were very scared, especially when we were thrown in a closed truck then a scary pen that was very noisy.

Finally a friend of our foster mom came to pick us up.  We heard them trying to convince her to let them put us to sleep.  But she said no and they loaded us up and took us to the ranch.  We were really scared when we got there, even though we knew our foster mom.  But we didn't trust anyone.  It didn't take long for us to recognize we weren't in danger anymore.  We still miss dad, but our foster mom is really nice and she says she misses dad too.  The nice people here taught us how to walk on a leash, get in a kennel, and play with toys.  We are really excited about finding a new family.  I really like to play with small boys.  I used to have a neighbor who would come play with me.    I do have a little arthritis, so I can't run too long.  I am also a little overweight, so they have me on a diet.
